My heart beats wildly

We know that God listens only to people who love and obey him. John 9:31A (CEV)

People are arrogantly indifferent to God— until, of course, they're in trouble, and then God is indifferent to them. There's nothing behind such prayers except panic; the Almighty pays them no mind. Job 35:12-13 (MSG)

"His eyes see how people live. He watches every step they take. There isn't a dark place or deep shadow where those who do what is evil can hide. Job 34:21-22 (NIRV)

God always answers, one way or another, even when people don't recognize his presence. In a dream, for instance, a vision at night, when men and women are deep in sleep, fast asleep in their beds— God opens their ears and impresses them with warnings To turn them back from something bad they're planning, from some reckless choice, And keep them from an early grave, from the river of no return. Job 33:14-18 (MSG)

If God were to take back his spirit and withdraw his breath, all life would cease, and humanity would turn again to dust. Job 34:14-15 (NLT)

If a person truly belongs to God, they can actually hear when God is speaking to them. (John 8:47)

The storm makes my heart beat wildly. Listen, all of you, to the voice of God, to the thunder that comes from his mouth. He sends the lightning across the sky, from one end of the earth to the other. Then the roar of his voice is heard, the majestic sound of thunder, and all the while the lightning flashes. At God's command amazing things happen, wonderful things that we can't understand. Job 37:1-5 (GNT).

“The secret things belong to the Lord our God. But the things that are made known belong to us and to our children forever, so we may obey all the words of this Law." Deuteronomy 29:29 (NLV)
