Never Alone

Are you feeling abandoned and alone?

Are you hurt, rejected, unemployed, sick, broke, and maybe a little afraid. 

Remember, "For no one is abandoned by the Lord forever. 

Though he brings grief, 

he also shows compassion because of the greatness of his unfailing love. 

For he does not enjoy hurting people or causing them sorrow." Lamentations 3:31-33 (NLT)

When you wait in silence before God, can you hear His whisper? 

Sure. 

You haven't measured up, but breathe out a cry for help. 

Remember, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13 (NIV)

During a Jewish festival in Jerusalem, Jesus shook up the religious establishment of His day when He had the gall to go into THEIR temple and preach (John 7:14).  With Jesus having NO formal training, they were aghast that He would do such a thing! Too earthly minded. No heavenly good.

"Pursue the things over which Christ presides.  Don't shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you.  Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that's where the action is.  See things from his perspective. (Col. 3:2 MSG)" Reality includes a loving God who is watching you and over you in heaven. When you forget that fact, that's when the problems within your temporal world delude your life.  If you don't walk in this truth, it is a symptom of unbelief, and pulls you out of a right relationship with God.  Here's a way to determine if your walking in faith or unbelief.  Ask am I thinking from heaven to earth, or from earth to heaven?
